Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONSORDER PROCESS
1. Place an order through Ko-fi or by contacting me directly. Commissioners are welcome to send me reference images via DM or email if they have any, but these are not a requirement as a written description will be enough.
2. If your order has been confirmed via DM I will send a PayPal invoice to your PayPal email address.
3. I will only start a commission once I have received full payment upfront. In cases where the invoice is $100 or more, I am open to taking a 50% deposit.
if your invoice isn't paid within 72 hours the commission will be cancelled unless otherwise discussed. This is to ensure I don't keep other clients waiting for no reason.
4. You will then receive a first draft, you can request changes to the basic design. Redesigns are acceptable at this stage but concept changes will be charged for.
Eg: You wanted an angry emote and now you want a heart emote.
5. After initial designs have been approved you will receive finals for approval.
6. Once the finals are approved, and I have received final payment, I will deliver the final files via email. Or any other delivery method you prefer. IE: Dropbox, etc.
With each commission, you get 1 big revision during the sketch phase and 1 minor revision during the final phase for altering the colours and/or mistakes. Other revisions after completion will incur extra charges.
Should you pass up these opportunities, or fail to address any issues, I will not be making any edits to the finals.
If you require different file sizes this must be stated during your order. All delivery sizes can be found in the description of each product on my site.
Should you be unresponsive for more than 2 days during this process, please understand that I will move along to another client in order to complete my queue in an orderly fashion. This means you will have to wait until I am done with the order I am currently on when you contact me again.
TIME FRAMES
Turn around time will depend on the commission size and type of commission you order.
Emotes take between 5 days and 2 weeks depending on how many are ordered. While portraits and character illustrations may take between 2 and 6 weeks depending on detail, my schedule and your place in my queue.
If you need your artwork completed by a certain time frame, make sure to include this in the commission form. This may incur Rush Order fees, so please take the time to read about Rush Orders below.
If I am given a hard deadline for a commission, I will be expecting prompt replies. I will not be held liable for late or unsatisfactory work if any messages I send go for more than 24 hours without a response.
RUSH ORDERS
Rushed commissions are an option!
Rushed orders will cost an additional 50% of the commission price. No exceptions.
I reserve the right to decline Rush Orders, if I’m too busy.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All prices are in dollars and payment is accepted via PayPal, Ko-fi or Transferwise.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
Refunds will only be issued before, during or after the sketch phase.
Orders cancelled before sketching has begun will incur a $15 admin fee which will be taken from the refunded amount. The only exception to this rule is if I cancel the order myself. In this case nothing will be charged and you will get a full refund.
Orders cancelled during or after the sketch phase will be charged 50% of the order price. So if you paid a 50% deposit on your order you will not receive a refund.
Orders in the semi-final and final stages of production will NOT be refunded.
Chargeback claims will be disputed and I may take legal action against it if needed, so please do not chargeback.
If you are unresponsive after one month of trying to contact you for feedback, your commission will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use by the commissioner only unless otherwise stated. This means, you cannot use my artwork on merchandise for resale or sell the artwork itself (This does not include using the artwork on your twitch channel like emotes, etc). If you would like to use the work for commercial use please message me for a quote.
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The customer may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use, unless discussed otherwise and stated in an exclusive contract.
DISCOUNTS, SALES, AND GIVEAWAYS
Regular clients are often rewarded with discounts on their orders and other rewards. However, clients, old or new, are not entitled to discounts or specials. I create offers at my own discretion.
Returning customers can get 10% off every order above $150 for Emotes/Badges or above $200 for any other commission.
TERMS OF SERVICE
I work on commissions from Monday to Thursday. This does not include sick days and holidays. While you are welcome to leave me messages or place orders over the weekend I will not reply to them until Monday the following week.
I reserve the right to reject any commission at my own discretion. If requested I will do my best to recommend you other artists that might suit you.
I WILL NOT illustrate depictions of rape, torture, minors in NSFW settings, snuff scenes, animal abuse or other illegal and immoral acts. You will be permanently banned from commissioning me.
For orders intended to be used by a third-party service/organization (such as Twitch or Discord), you are fully responsible for ensuring that the commission obeys the rules and terms of service of that specific service/organization. I do not take any responsibility for any artwork rejected by Twitch, or by any other outside service/organization.
I reserve the right to post any commission on my social media, website and portfolio if not discussed otherwise.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you are paying for a service, which includes only the time invested and the final art piece/ graphics.
These are digital goods, nothing physical will be shipped to you.
You may not claim my artwork as your own.
Giving credit to my work is common courtesy but not necessary to give for commissioned work, unless I ask you to.
PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information, that I request for invoices, will be handled confidential and will be used only for payment and tax purposes. If you have any issues regarding leaving your personal information please let me know beforehand.

SHIPPING POLICYSHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If I'm experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email in advance.SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
